1. Delivery Timelines

Order Processing: All orders are verified and dispatched within 24 hours of placement (except on Sundays and national holidays).
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your package will reach you within 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Major cities (like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) may receive orders quicker, while remote areas might take an extra day.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 on orders across Pakistan.
Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5000!

3. Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer multiple secure payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
Advance Payment: Secure digital transfers via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your Tracking ID and courier partner link ( Leopard, TCS, or Trax). You can use this ID to track your premium fragrance bottle's journey in real-time.

5. Damaged & Leaking Packages

We pack our crystal and amber glass bottles with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure zero breakage. However, if your package arrives damaged or leaking:

Please take a photo or a quick unboxing video immediately.
Contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours, and we will send you a replacement bottle free of charge.

6. Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 2 or 3 times. If you are unavailable or the contact number is unreachable, the package will be returned to us. To avoid cancellations, please ensure your delivery address and contact details are 100% accurate when ordering.
