1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days after receiving your perfume bottle to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take utmost care in packaging our crystal and amber glass bottles safely. However, if your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during transit, please inspect it immediately upon reception.

  • Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share a clear picture or unboxing video of the damaged item at your-albasitfragrance@gmail.com or via our official WhatsApp support.

  • We will immediately ship a replacement bottle to you at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain situations and items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Change of mind after opening, spraying, or using the perfume.

  • Products purchased during a special clearance sale or promotional discount event.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
