Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury-inspired fragrance. If your purchase isn't quite the right fit, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for all orders within Pakistan.

7-Day Return Window You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The perfume bottle must be unused, unspayed, and in its original packaging.

• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

• Items damaged in transit must be reported with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.

14-Day Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 14 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
